AGB-DX-Rating - temporarily suspended

Held since 1994.

The first years of scoring were others. Now we apply the table for AGB-DX-Rating and see changes in the interest in DX'ing. This event well strengthens those DX hunters stations who want to have a lot of countries not only "at all ranges ", namely" on each of all ranges. "

This rating is based on data, sent to EU1EU. These data are not borrowed from any publications!
The table shows only the data by the number of points received by recalculating CFM-DXCC over the ranges through the AGB-DX-Rating table.
Did not send the layout to ranges, result was recalculated as for the range 20 meter.

This provision is the fetus discussions with interested members of the club on the problems of DX-ing.
The first proposals for this progressive scoring (increasing the role of effort on LF ranges and with an increase in CFM) were undertaken in 1993-94 in our club.
Conversion Table AGB-DX-Rating originally developed in the club in 1993 (EU1EU and EW3LB).

In 2000-2001, the magazine "Radio Amateur" published the table and the principle of scoring in AGB-DX-Rating. There was also a comparative table of scoring and rating by the standard system (country-point) and the methodology of AGB-DX-Rating.

Table of scoring by DX-ing of the AGB Club

The principle of this calculation points is to increase specific weight of the confirmed countries on the DXCC list.
Each country on the range of 160, 80 meters is not as easy as on a 15 or 20 meter range. Besides addition, the list of countries is limited. Therefore, when we approach list, then each country more difficult to confirm. Is not only a philosophical question, this reality. Therefore, knowing this feature DX'ing CAN NOT be simple summarize the confirmed countries on ranges, regardless of range. It looks like folding in one basket of firewood and firewood for fireplace and crystal glasses and gold things. Not by it is a business THIS.

Therefore, in 1993-94 we were together with Grigori EW3LB undertook the development and testing of new technology scoring for activity in DX'ing.
There were many disputes and questions, but the proposed today has from the best side.

Deadline for submitting data to 20 January. This period is good because data for January 1 of each year are sent by our members and we we get them by January 20.

In 2000, we conducted an incentive participation in our rating - Best result in Belarus, Europe (excluding Belarus), the World (excluding Europe) - was marked with a plaque AGB-Trophy " C-300-C " - this is EU6MM, UX5UO, RW9WA.

General approach

Every CFM / DXCC for each range give the following count points:

* The first 50 10 points - regardless, how many countries to 50 - 0 points, the countdown starts from 50 countries.
* 51-100 10/1 - every 10 countries give a one-point gain. 60 countries - 11, 70 - 12 points, etc.
101-150 5/1 - every 5 countries give a one-point gain.
151-200 5/2 - every 5 countries give a gain of two points.
201-250 5/3 - every 5 countries give a gain of three points.
251-300 5/4 - every 5 countries give a gain of four points.
301-H.R. 1/1 - each country gives a one-point gain.

If data are not available for ranges - scoring produce both for the range 20 meters.
